The Citigroup Relief Fund was created to provide
scholarships for postsecondary education to children of those killed or permanently disabled during the September 11 terrorist
attack. Citigroup Foundation endowed the Fund with a contribution of $15 million. Since that time, clients, share-holders
and colleagues, as well as individuals and organizations from around the world, have built the Fund to more than $20 million.
